About the Presenters

Martin Hambalek, Director, Software Outfitters, Inc.  Martin has 14 years of Information Technology experience working directly with clients.  As a consultant for over 10 years, Martin has implemented SAP enterprise resource planning systems for Fortune 500 companies as a developer, business process analyst, and project manager.  In 2004, Martin attained the internationally recognized Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Martin leads the SAP Business One practice within Software Outfitters.  His direct responsibilities are for sales, marketing and project management of SAP Business One implementations.  He currently lives in the Boise, ID area.

Tom Costa, Senior Product Specialist, SAP America, Inc.  Tom has spent 20+ years in the software industry both as a channel partner and as a channel manager.  With Accounting Resource Group, Tom was instrumental in helping ARG achieve Presidents Club with Great Plains in 1995 and 1996.  Tom has worked in channel management positions with Sage Software achieving Channel Manager of the Year in 1997, Circle of Excellence Club status in 1997 and 1998.

Tom is certified in SAP Business One (while with RAM Group), Acuity Financials, Great Plains Dynamics, Navision, MAS 90, SX enterprise and X!te.  Tom has extensive knowledge of the distribution industry.  He currently lives in the Denver, CO area.
